minimotor bikes with mini riders !! i assume no insurance riders usualy under 16 yrs?
we live on an estate with alleys / footpaths running between houses, youths ride these bikes at speed around the estate using it as a race track if or when a child or a crinkley gets ran into who will be responsible ?????
I have this same problem where i live technically the police should arrest the kids for no licence insurance or tax. But it doesn’t happen. I called the police one night as the kids were racing up and down my street at 12-00 at night and was told they won t come out as the kids will probably be gone by the time the police arrived.
If someone was knocked over it would depend on if the people were actually caught as the bikes rarely have number plates on so no way of tracing the owners.
This is the best one most police officers won t chase them if they have no helmet on in case the person on the bike gets hurt, what a joke they can endanger pedestrian lives as long as they don t get hurt
